For as long as I can remember, I have been surrounded by music. Growing up, my father managed several music groups. I still have vivid memories of sitting in rehearsals and attending live performances at an early age. In my teen years, my love for music and the desire to play music grew tremendously. After pursuing many instruments with the support of my parents, I connected with the lead guitar and we have yet to part ways.
My name is Trunae (pronounced True-Nay) Green. Founder of The Tru Brand Agency (specializing in PR, marketing & communications for musicians) & Musician Love. I created this blog from my years of experience as a musician and relationships I have formed with my musical peers. I have found that musicians have felt unappreciated at times and the music community could benefit from more resources for full-time musicians.
